Terms of service
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms cover your use of [Business name: set by the business] to track machines, collections, revenue splits, parts and service dispatch. Your venue agreements are between you and your venues.
Who we are
[Business name: set by the business] ("we", "us") provides route and machine-management software to amusement and arcade operators ("you"). The service is provided by [Company legal name: set by the business], [Address for legal notices: set by the business].
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
Your account and technicians
- Give accurate business and contact details and keep them current.
- Keep sign-ins secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including by technicians and staff you give access to.
- Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not use the service to operate, track or promote gambling, games of chance for cash, or cash prizes.
- You remain responsible for amusement-device licenses, permits, decals, location approvals and any taxes or fees that apply to your machines and route.
- Do not try to break, overload, probe or copy the service, or access data that is not yours.
Collections, meters and revenue splits
Collection totals, meter readings, revenue splits and venue statements are calculated from the information you and your technicians enter and the agreement terms you record. You are responsible for checking them and for the payouts you make. Meter-variance flags are prompts to investigate, not findings.
Your data
Venue contacts, collection and meter records, technician details, parts and service history are your data. We process them on your behalf only to run the service. You can export statements (CSV) at any time.
Plans and billing
Plan prices, trial length and limits are shown in the app when you choose a plan. Paid plans renew each billing period until cancelled. We will give you notice before changing what you pay. We do not determine your tax obligations — ask your tax adviser.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. Keep your own copies of records you are required to retain.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, cash or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for non-payment or breach of these terms. Export anything you need before closing your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by [Governing law: set by the business]. Disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will tell you about material changes. Questions: [Support contact: set by the business].
